Situated within a quiet newly built estate, this newly established Childrens Home, providing support for one young adult, has an exciting new opportunity for a Residential Childrens Home Manager.The Home provides a well-furnished, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere and all areas within the Home are furnished to a high standard and provide excellent facilities for the care user.Our client is looking for an experienced, passionate level 5 NVQ or equivalent qualified Manager, with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. This is a brand-new solo placement in a 3-bedroom Home and they are looking for candidates who are lookingto grow with the company. The Home is located on the outskirts of Wolverhampton in a quiet area of Bilston.They are looking for someone who can demonstrate a wide range of experience, be focused on excellent care delivery, and wants to take on the challenges of being an Ofsted registered manager.The new Home will support children and young people with complex needs and behaviours in a therapeutic environment.
