Job Description

Recruitment & HR AssistantFixed Term Contract 9 Months.Hybrid opportunity - 2 to 3 days in the office.BilstonSalary ; £23k to £26K dependent on experience.Hours of work :Full time 37.5 hours.Company Benefits :25 days holiday plus BH +Employer Pension 3% +Tech and Cycle schemes +Employee Assistance Programme +In House Learning system +AON Discounts.Experience with HR & RecruitmentWe have an excellent opportunity for an expereinced HR/Recruitment Assistant to join a fantastic organisation on a fixed term contract for 9 months, this is a hybrid role.Job summary: To provide proactive and day-to-day administration support for key HR & Recruitment related activity.Scope: Key contacts include:Internal - European HR network including country HR Coordinators and the VP HR - Europe, relevant country / regional business management team and employees / agents (particularly new starters)External - Suppliers, Training Providers, Legal Counsel, Recruitment AgenciesKey KPIs: HR / Business System maintenance for relevant region - data integrity Contract / Agreement Administration - issued within SLAs Probation Management Exit Interview Management New starter/Leaver ManagementKey Responsibilities: To facilitate the company with the recruitment process for UK and Ireland region, including sourcing of candidates, placing advertisements, liaising with Agencies, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, conducting telephone screening and face to faceinterviews where applicable. To administer the companies on-boarding and off-boarding procedures including new starter, probation, changes and leaver procedures for UK & Ireland and European HQ, ensuring accurate maintenance of the data within the Oracle HR system and on Staff Files,including undertaking all contract administration and completing exit interviews. To provide support, as directed by the HR Manager, with employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation period management and performance management and reorganisations. To support the HR Manager with UK & Ireland compensation and benefits related projects, as required. Assist with the arrangement of DBS checks as required. To maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business, and pro-actively use knowledge to provide excellent customer focused value add service provision. To support the dissemination of internal communications to all relevant managers and employees. To support any data gathering requirements for European or local projects as directed by the VP - HR Europe (via the HR Manager).Compliance Ensure adherence with all compliance standards and that you operate with integrity at all times. Ensure adherence to teh companies health and safety standards, to protect the wellbeing of all company Agents and Employees. Experience of working with HR systems, such as learning management systems and employee record databases.
