Job Description

Customer Success Manager (Key Account Manager)Business Unit: DigitalLocation: Any Site LocationContract Type: Permanent - Full TimeHours: 37.5Salary: £50,000 - £60,000Restore is on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager.As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for achieving agreed targets for client retention and growth amongst a portfolio of key accounts in the financial and professional services sector.You will be focused primarily on overseeing the relationship, managing and growing the business, ensuring that the client has a successful experience in dealing with Restore Solutions and remains loyal, and that the relationship grows.RESPONSIBILITIES

ABOUT YOU
  • Demonstrable large account management experience; delivery of sales growth
  • Understanding of SaaS solutions operations and account management process
  • Ability to work with other departments to ensure work sold is profitable
  • Deep understanding/experience of the financial and insurance sector
  • Good commercial understanding, negotiation skills and tender processes
Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence andthe Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
