Are you looking to start a career within HRREED Business Support are pleased to be working exclusively with a national business to recruit a HR Assistantto start IMMEDIATLEY on a temp to permanent basisThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business and learn all aspects of a generalist HR role!The main duties of the role are

  • Recruitment - manage adverts and shortlist candidates
  • Onboarding new hires - Process Right to work checks, reference etc
  • Process leavers
  • Deliver company inductions
  • Learning & Development - manage annual training programmes
  • Note taking within disciplinary and grievance meetings
