Furniture Sales ConsultantLeekes RetailBilston£15,000 pa (OTE £28-30K uncapped)We are looking for an experienced furniture sales consultant to join our team in our Bilston Store. Our furniture department offers modern, traditional and contemporary styles of living from an extensive choice of over 250 furniture ranges including G Plan, Parkar Knoll, Stressless & Duresta to name a few. Using your expertise you will assist our customers in finding their ideal furniture for their home.The RoleYou will use your selling skills to build rapport and your product knowledge to introduce the customers to our fantastic ranges. The role will be varied and include the following:- Driving departmental sales by offering a personalised service to each customer- "Loving" the product that you sell and be able to explaining the features and benefits so the customers loves it as well- Taking personal pride in the presentation standards of your sales floor - Promoting our warranty and delivery serviceThe PersonYou will be an accomplished sales person who is familiar with working in a sales environment with sales and KPI targets, and have the ability to up-sell.
