Design Engineer~ Bilston, Wolverhampton ~£25,000 - £30,000 + Progression + PackagePackage includes: private health care scheme, life assurance, cycle to work scheme and much more!The perfect opportunity has arisen for a creative and analytical individual to undertake a Design Engineer Role. In this role you will work under the supervision of the Senior Design Engineer to develop new and existing vehicle restraint products.The reputable image of this company is reflected in the loyalty of their customers, where they have between five to ten years work lined up for the future already. This company therefore can offer a stable environment for the right individual looking toprogress in even an uncertain climate, given the nature of their product and the relationships with their clients.In this role, you will be expected to proficiently use MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics AX Products, as well as 2D/3D software, such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor and Autodesk Vault. The day to day will involve different product development and re-development activities, including generating component drawings for testing, value engineering activities and competitor analyse to modify products to be the best in the market.The ideal candidate should enjoy problem solving and working within a team, but also be ambitious and motivated to take advantage of the progression opportunities available.
