Job Description

WiggleCRC are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the team based at our distribution centre in Bilston.Working on rotating shifts Monday - Friday 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm.What will you be doingAs a Customer Service Advisor within our Wolverhampton warehouse, you will work as part of the Customer Services team representing both Wiggle and CRC in assisting and advising customers. You will interact with customers via multiple contact methods, includingemail and live chat, with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, to provide detailed information, recommendations and resolve issues surrounding products, fulfilment, delivery and any other relative CS issues.As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for helping maintain the WiggleCRC global service levels across all contact channels; supporting customers pre-sale, during-sale and after-sale with queries relating to products, brands and services.Duties: Ensure customer queries relating to products, fulfilment, and delivery issues are investigated and answered promptly via all contact mediums Work with other areas of the business to find the root cause of the issues, highlighting these to the relevant parties and offering suggestions of how to resolve the matter Recognise recurring patterns of issues and act in a proactive manner to identify potential problem areas Ensure all interactions with customers (internal and external) are conducted in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the company relative tone of voice Offer alternative solutions to customer issues where appropriate, with both the customer and business needs in mind Call customers when a call-back is required to provide detailed product info and recommendations to resolve an issueWho are we looking for Minimum of 1 years Customer Service experience. Strong written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise staff and customers clearly and to liaise effectively with colleagues in other departments, at all levels Strong attention to detail and aiming for excellence in delivery Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment as part of a professional team Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, have high standards and be capable of multi-tasking Highly organised and productive with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own work load The ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive, customer-centric attitude Ability to be flexible with work duties and hours as required by the team and business Approachable to members of your team and colleagues from other areas of the business Computer literate Knowledge of bikes/parts with an eagerness to further advance this knowledge in respect to Tri-sports equipment and products is a distinct advantageWhy work for usWe are always looking for talented individuals who are passionate about what they do.
