You will be working closely with Engineering & Business teams, helping them analyse the needs of our customers, product & strategy - translating those needs into agile user stories for the development teams. You will also own backlog of various strategic initiatives around the company.We Want you to be:Creatively Analytical- with a proven record of solution design, you will be able to understand the real need of the customers and stakeholders based on your analysis of quality information and work with the product team to translate these into deliverable, realistic features and fantastic improvements.Great Translator of customer needs - you will employ a partnership approach to all our customers (internal & external) to align them on strategy, value proposition & backed up with sound understanding of data especially around our projected Enterprise platform (MS Dynamics D365) A visionary, understanding the wider picture- you will understand where parts of the existing solutions apply to new customers and how current functionality can be expanded to solve new problems. You will be masterful at prioritisation and dependencies across multiple client projects and be able to advise the Head of Product/ Business users on the best way to prioritise work to maximise value.·Meticulous investigator of client needs & gathering functional & non-functional requirements, especially on MS Dynamics 365 Product Suite·Creating detailed & well understood user stories, cases, Epics & Themes·Supporting the Business Change Workstream Post Sprint/ Product Deliverable stages·Involved in conducting Strategy workshops to align stakeholders to true value proposition of product streams·A design led thinker- focussing a well designed & cohesive platform & feature sets that stakeholders love to use·A natural leader who supports the wider Product team, mentoring parts of business with Product way of working·Conducting detailed brainstorm & Discovery workshops with wide variety of stakeholdersWe are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity at our company.
