HR Assistant required for a night position with our client in Biggleswade.This company was founded in 1951 and have been thriving since. Keen to continue their on-going growth, our client are looking to bring a HR Assistantinto the business on a temporary to permanent basis.HR Assistant - The Role: Processing all HR administration to include absence management. Issue new starter contracts & process leavers paperwork. Maintain employee records & files. Liaise with employment agencies to arrange Interviews. Managing holiday requests, rotas, calendars & diaries. Dealing with day to day staff issues. Daily updating of reports To undertake any additional admin duties as required. General office dutiesHR AssistantThe Person: Must have experience with Microsoft programmes such as word, Excel and Outlook Previous experience in HR Strong work ethic and initiative. Have ability to deal appropriately with sensitive & confidential information. Excellent attention to detail. Must be dependable, able to follow instructions & respond to management direction.
