An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Marketing Manager to join a global manufacturing business of combustion management and control systems for industrial burner applications. Along with a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, youwill also receive progression opportunities up to Director level, private healthcare, 23 days holiday, 5 family days for emergencies/problems with childcare/plumbers etc plus a death in service benefit.As a business, they provide solutions to everything from the Tower of London to Vegas Casino Hotels! They are well known in their industry forquality, excellence, and innovation, and whilst they are a global business, they are still very much a family firm and are celebrating their 50thyear this year.This is a new role; however, the department currently has a small team in place and over time you will have the opportunity to recruit, develop and manage further members of the team. This role would suit someone already working in a similar role and lookingfor longer term progression, or a Senior Executive who is ready to step up and really elevate their career.You will be responsible for developing high level strategies to support the companys ambitious growth plans, taking ownership of the plan and related campaigns to ensure the whole process is delivered, and in a role where you can really make an impact.As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering the marketing strategy
• Managing the budget and reporting back to the senior team
• Supporting and driving the generation of qualified client enquiries
• Organising and attending networking events on behalf of the company
• Developing and enhancing the company brand
• Writing engaging and innovative content for PR and materials
• Maintaining the company website and uploading new and exciting content
• Communications to the internal team, celebrating and sharing successes
• Working with the Board of Directors to develop business networks of potential introducers and collaborators
• Future line management, development and coaching of a Marketing Team
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining professional networks and memberships to keep our profile visible in the industry

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who has the following skills and experiences:

• Strong passion for marketing with significant previous experience working in a varied and fast paced role within the industry
• A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive experience in the same or similar role
• Current and up to date knowledge of digital practices including online, web, social, video, etc.
• Organised, and possesses the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to influence and constructively challenge
• Strong commercial acumen, and analytical skills, to keep the Board of Directors up to date on success of strategies
