Job Description

If you would like to be a part of their success and continued growth, receive the added benefit of taking part in a host of activities, as well as work within modern offices with a great team environment, please read on.Location: Biggin HillSalary: £20,000 - £22,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30 or 9:30-5:30Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, Employee discount scheme, pension, parking**Please note, due to the location of our client you will need to be a driver with your own vehicle.The nitty gritty:This is certainly an interesting and varied role, duties include but are not limited to:

  • Invoice checking
  • Issuing customer refunds
  • Processing exchanges
  • Reconciling daily sales and monthly VAT reports
  • Updating sales and Excel spreadsheets
  • Filing invoices and statements
  • Providing support to the New Business team, inputting product data on to third party sites
  • Updating product details
  • Assisting with overflow calls from customers booking experiences

  • Hold 5 GCSEs including Math and English grade A-C / 9-4
  • Be confident using a PC
  • Strong attention to detail / accuracy in data entry
  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent written communication skills; accuracy, speed and attention to detail
  • Hold customer service experience
  • Possess confident and personable telephone manner
  • 1-2 years experience minimum within a support role
