Job Description

Position: HSE Business Partner Location: Homebased Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + car allowanceJoin our team as an HSE Business Partner and play a vital role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental excellence across our operations. Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and mitigate workplace risks and hazards.
  • Lead incident reporting and investigations promptly.
  • Deliver training and toolbox talks to embed safety practices.
  • Monitor HSE performance and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Nebosh Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations related to HSE.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, including CDM knowledge.
