Administrator - SAGE 50 Experience needed£9.00 - £9.50 per hourEssex LocationWe are looking for an experienced Administrator to support a manufacturing business based just outside of Bicknacre.Key responsibilities

Utilizing the companies CRM system - Sage 50

Creating purchase orders and invoices

Producing delivery notes

Credit card reconciliation

Weekly sample deliveries (you will be required to undertake a few deliveries each week to local business customers, this will be a small package or sample)

Answer the telephones, taking messages

Sending emails, letters and other correspondence

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Accounts Administrator or a be general Administrator from a manufacturing / industrial or similar environment.This is a full-time permanent position; however the company can be flexible in terms of hours for the right candidate. For example, if someone needed to work around schooling hours on certain days, this will be accommodated. Required skills
