With over 20 years of experience, they are a rapidly expandingprivately-owned company committed to providing high-quality hearing care services.Position Overview: Our client is offering a full-time permanent position with the opportunity for a fully funded foundation degree. The successful candidate will assist in hearing aid fitting and aftercare, as well as provide crucial administration support in our hearing aidservice.Responsibilities: After a period of training and supervision, the successful candidate will be expected to:• Assist senior audiologists in routine duties• Conduct fault finding, repair, and replacement of faulty hearing aids• Manage own clinical caseload and associated administrative duties• Conduct wax removal clinics in various locations• Fit hearing aids to patients• Guide patients in proper use and care of hearing aids• Identify patients for reassessment of their hearing• Conduct daily clinics in a range of locations• Fulfil administrative duties to support branch activitiesQualifications and Skills:• Flexible, adaptable approach• Good oral and written communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a team• Interest in helping people with hearing problems• Patient-focused with experience in a public-facing role (advantageous)• Full training and support providedOpportunity for Development: After one year of satisfactory performance, the successful candidate will be considered for support through a two-year, part-time foundation degree course.
