Job Opportunity: Head of Property - Bexleyheath Location (Office Based)Company Overview:Our client is a dynamic and well-established legal firm known for its expertise in property law. They are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join their team as the Head of Property, based in their Bexleyheath office.Position: Head of PropertyLocation: BexleyheathWorking Hours: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday (Office Based)Job Purpose: As the Head of Property, you will be responsible for leading their Property Team, overseeing a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. The department handles a diverse range of property transactions, covering both residential and commercialconveyancing.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of 2-3 solicitors and 2-3 legal assistants as Head of Property.Oversee a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. Ensure the efficient operation of the Property Team.Maintain a consistent history of generating a fee income of at least 3 times the salary.Supervise and mentor team members, fostering professional development.Utilize the LEAP case management system for effective case handling.Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in conveyancing (residential and commercial).CQS membership.Experience: Proven track record of consistently generating a fee income of at least 3 times salary.Previous experience in supervising and managing a team. Familiarity with the LEAP case management system.Special Factors:Ability and willingness to travel to other local offices if required as Head of Property.Bring an existing network of contacts within the industry.
