We are currently recruiting for FM Project Manager in Bexley on a contracting basis.Purpose of the jobThe Property & FM Transformation Officer will be responsible for assisting in the transformation of the Property and Facilities Management Service. They will work closely with the Head of Property and Facilities Management and key service managers to developand implement a transformation strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals as part of the Corporate Landlord Programme. They will also assist in managing change, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that the transformation is deliveredon time and within budget.Experience and Knowledge• Broad and demonstratable experience of Property and Facilities Management strategy and delivery.• Recent management of change in a local authority or similar complex organisation• Experience in process mapping of complex organisational procedures cross-services.• Relevant technical experience, knowledge & skills/abilities• Experience and confident to deal with internal and external stakeholders and when to escalate issues to senior managers.• Experience of property related management within a large complex organization.• Experience of managing a team and/or people in a similar environment, able to manage, motivate and develop staff in a logical, controlled, and timely manner.• Current best practice and legislation in health and safety and all areas of property related compliance and regulatory responsibilities, policy and procedure• Good working knowledge of IT and Property related data• Sufficient gravitas and ability to liaise directly with clients and stakeholders.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent problem-solving ability.• Excellent time management and organisational skills.• Understanding the implications of building compliance failings.Hourly rate negotiable if you would like to be considered please do get in touch with Mel Applin @ Reed
