Provide one-to-one and group support to students, both in and outside of the classroom.
Assist teachers with planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that meet the needs of individual students.
Help students with their classwork, homework, and revision, and provide feedback on their progress.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Supervise students during break times and lunchtimes and support them in their social and emotional development.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through involvement in extracurricular activities, such as clubs, trips, and events.
Carry out administrative and clerical tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and recording attendance.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience of working in a similar role in a school setting.
Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds.
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students learning and development.
Flexibility, resilience, and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school community.
