We are recruiting for an experienced home manager for a fantastic venue in South Wales.As Manager you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Care Home, the overall welfare of our residents and for managing our team of staff.Applicants for this role will need to have a Social Care Wales recognised qualification that is appropriate to this role, e.g. NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.It would also be beneficial for you to have had previous experience in a similar role or be able to demonstrate a history of success in a Residential Care Home.37.5 hours per week25 days annual leave, including Bank HolidaysCar allowanceHealth InsuranceCompany Pension
