Role OverviewThis opportunity is open to students who are currently within their second year of studies. The Trade Management (TM) team process transactions for the Name Give Up (NGU) business as well as Futures: Exchanged Traded Derivatives (ETD). This role will be supporting the Trade Management NGU business. As a TM Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all trades, from internal front end trade capture systems, through the TM systems, and then out to the clients via various delivery mechanisms, following established guidelines,when identifying and resolving problems, and using good judgement to refer more complex issues to senior colleagues, where appropriate. You must be able to identify and contribute towards any process changes that will improve the level of service and control that Operations provides, in its first line of defence capacity. You must have a broad knowledge of the wholesale financial markets, andmay require more specific knowledge in relation to specific asset classes, where necessary. You must have a basic understanding of the Operations, Global Broking strategy, and work collaboratively, as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Role Responsibilities
