Do you have a passion for driving standards and process improvement Are you yearning to better leverage your business and tech experience to broaden your impact on process and technology change The Engineering and Architecture Practice (EAP) for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is building out an Architecture Governance capability that will focus on ensuring architectural cohesion and delivering common standards and processes across ICG Technology . The EAP is hiring a Technology Portfolio Senior Analyst to drive improvement to our tools, streamlining our processes, automating and strengthening our controls, and helping development teams adopt modern ways of working. Job Purpose: This critical role will be within the ICG Business Architecture function of the EAP. The successful candidate will be working across the global ICG organisation supporting the technology teams that manage our 3,000+ applications in the implementation and managementof Citi Architecture policies. This will involve working with senior leadership and their teams to ensure there is greater transparency around the current state and future state of our application portfolio and identify all technology risks known / unknown. The Technology Portfolio Senior Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of IT asset management processes to better manage our technology and application portfolios. This critical work will allow for alignment between our applicationand technology portfolio evolution and wider application simplification/business architecture objectives. Key Responsibilities : In this role, you will be handling the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:

• Manage changes to ICGs technology and applications inventories in alignment with wider target state and regulatory commitments
• Provide both process and analytical support of Citis key application and technology architecture inventories
• Provides expert guidance to technology teams on Citi Architecture Policy
• Analyse application/technology state, trends and policy compliance through the production of management reports
• Engage with technology SMEs to resolve any blockers and process inefficiencies
• Drive the execution and re-engineering of both internal and firm-wide processes for application management
• Drive adoption of best practices through each of ICG line of business

Knowledge / Experience:

• Proven leadership in a complex & regulated technology environment in an Enterprise Architecture or Application Portfolio Management discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to influence across all levels of the technology organization - driving teams to complete reviews and adopt best practice
• Has experience across SDLC activities and associated controls & tollgates
• Expert user of JIRA and Confluence tools
• Experience with developing data visualizations of large datasets through tools such as Qlikview/Tableau/PowerBI would be an advantage

Skills:

• Creative problem solver comfortable with working in rapidly evolving landscape and uncertainty.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups from senior stakeholders and clients to junior team members.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience collecting, analysing and synthesizing large datasets
• Has a strong focus on risk and controls
