Senior IT Support Engineer – Belfast - £30,000 to £40,000 per annum + car allowanceREED Technology are Delighted to partner with an excellent organisation who due to continued growth and expansion they are seeking to add an additional Senior IT Support Engineer to join their excellent team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their IT engineer career with a market leading company at the front of an ever-developing technology-based industryKey responsibilities:• As a Senior IT engineer you will manage your own scheduled IT installation & maintenance jobs.• Full support and product training will be provided to develop the successful candidate into a highly skilled and valued member of the engineering team.• The successful candidate will already be a highly experienced IT engineer.Experience:• 3 years + experience in IT engineering• Knowledge of various networking concepts, including, MPLS, VLANS, ACLs, firewall rules, etc• Experience of deploying, integrating & supporting cloud/SaaS & on-prem IT applications.• Ability to manage customer expectations and SLA’s and prioritise conflicting requirements.• Experience in delivery of IT software & infrastructure projects, with the ability to work on complex, multiple work streams or projects simultaneously.• Experience of Office 0365 administrationIf you meet the above criteria and would like to know more then please get in touch with Niall Lennon on for a confidential discussion.
