TheOlympus ICG Front Office groupis building a next generation Data Fabric to solve the evolving Business, Analytical and Regulatory needs of Citis Institutional Clients Group (ICG).The Fabric will bringtogetherdisparate data sources for the Global Marketsorganization and enableclient reporting, regulatory, surveillance, supervisory reporting(s) and data science solutions. It will also provide enhanced data quality controls , completeness and accuracy,reconciliations,entitlements, performance, management ofdata retention and archival per regulatory guidelines. As part of this program build out the team are developing best in class applications to meet these use cases and managing complex data application migrations to the Olympus Architecture.The role of theOlympus Front Office Business Analyst Involves being part of a dynamic team managing the product rollout, software development and application data migrations. Specifically we are looking for aperson to takeresponsibilityfor BusinessAnalysis acrossprogramsincluding:Credit Risk, Price Risk, Citi Data Consent Order, CitiHawk (UI) Data Visualization, Entitlements and Market Data. Anunderstandingofprogram management activities and consideration for controlsenvironment, would also be required.Theideal candidate will haveFront Office and pre/post trade experience as well as a background in investigating businessprocess,analysing, building and optimizing data systems. The candidate will work together with sales and trading partners, systems architects, data scientists, anddevelopers (Strong stakeholder management skills are essential) to help develop excellence in theOlympus Architecture.
