Job Description

*HR, Recruitment &Payroll Administrators*Belfast£19,371.83 Summary section We currently have various exciting opportunities for experienced Administrators to join our busy and friendly Belfast based team. Administering transactionalHRand Payroll activity for our clients and providing a world classcustomer serviceexperience- this role is at the heart of what we do.The right person for this role will be organised, customer focused and have the ability to work well in a team. We do not need you to have Payroll orHRAdministration experience, however we do expect you to have an understanding and a desire to learn anddevelop, in return we will give you the training you need to ensure your success.Job descriptionWhat youll be doing:

  • Maintaining employee and candidate records on IT systems.
  • Supporting the administration of recruitment campaigns through the preparation and management of relevant documentation at each stage .
  • Input payroll data, timesheets and authorized instructions in accordance with / whilst adhering to strict deadlines
  • Providing administration support at workplace investigations including minute taking
  • Responding to customer queries through a variety of platforms including telephony, e-mail and web-chats
  • Supporting candidates with the on-boarding process through the processing of ID, qualification and security checks and the preparation and issuing of job offers.
  • Professionally liaising and communicate with clients by telephone and email.
