Team, Overview: The EMEA Operations Regulatory Control Client Asset team performs a key role in a number of Client Asset processes including Client Money Calculations (CASS), Client Money Diversification, CMAR, MCAR, CASS RP, 10 day + break management oversight, Prudent Segregationcalculations and oversight. The group acts as central point of contact within O&T for Client Asset issues enabling transparency and escalation and is responsible for chairing the monthly Client Asset O&T Sub Committee in addition to participating in Business aligned Sub Committees. Role Overview: This role is within the Client Asset Regulatory Control team as part of the Belfast Operations Control department, with key responsibilities for Client Asset activity including but not limited to Client Money calculation and oversight, CMAR collation and submissionto the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) MCAR collation and submission to the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), PS14/9 activities covering Prudent Segregation, Break Management and Shortfalls. The team is continuously engaged with Change Partners identifyingareas for automation, inputting into Business Requirements performing UAT and updating procedures resulting from change. The team is working on building upon the existing Client Asset governance process within O&T working closely with O&T managers as well as the Client Asset and depository protection Office.
