Job Description Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Junior Project Manager on behalf of an investment bank based in Belfast. The Junior Project Manager will receive a day rate of £216/day on an initial 12-month contr Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Junior Project Manager on behalf of an investment bank based in Belfast. The Junior Project Manager will receive a day rate of £216/day on an initial 12-month contract.The role will be part of a core central Program Management Team charged with ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams. Primary Responsibilities: - Support the Program Initiative lead(s) to drive execution of strategic deliverables - Assist in ensuring that all target state tools, processes and controls are socialized effectively and are approved at or by the appropriate governance forum or level - Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner to the projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and PMs - Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committees - Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support the execution of programs -Create materials & coordinate forums (SWG, STC, OPCO, DWG, etc.) -Liaise with Project Leads and Stakeholders to understand/cascade guidance and requirements, ensure adherence to PMO standards -Manage queries/requests from ICG/Mkts Transformation PMO -Manage and maintain Project Plan standards -Provide regular quality checks of Milestones, Deliverables, Tasks within Project Plans -Review Change Request Forms and confirm required sign-offs -Leverage Project Tracking tools and provide update/reports on an ad-hoc basis Experience: 2 years+ Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
