Job Description

Job Title: IT Support EngineerLocation: BelfastThe Teams will work across and support multiple customers within both the private & public sector so need to be a minimum of SC Clearable.Providing remote services, which include, troubleshooting, incident, change or Problem Management, building infrastructure, servers and active directories.

  • Need to be in office 2/3 days per week and can be flexible around the specific days.
  • One stage one hour interview!
Salary:Mid - Senior: 3 years experience plus - £38,000 - £45,000 . (+£4K on-call allowance)Package:
  • Need to be flexible to be on call 1 week per month (This equates to £375 extra per week or £4k a year on top of their salary)
  • 10% Matched Pension
  • 25 days Annual Leave + buy an additional 10
  • Offered one to one training and mentorship, can put themselves through and Azure or AWS Certifications and work through them during the working day.

This is your world and your opportunity to shape it for the better.We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join one of our infrastructure engineering teams in Derry & Belfast.Your role will involve working within a very dynamic operations team.The role requires a self-motivated person, with strong inter-personal skills, who is able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, youll be providing remote IT Support services for multiple NI based customers across both the Private and Public Sectors. This could involve troubleshooting, providing incident, change & problem management support, workingon adhoc projects to build out infrastructures, Networks, Storage, Servers or Active Directories. Youll be joining an inclusive and supportive family of Technologists in addition to gaining access to a Learning & Development budget which will allow you topursue and obtain the Technical Accreditations of your choice; Agile, AWS, Azure, GCP etc., whilst working across complex and challenging customer engagements.Your experience:
  • Windows server 2012/2016/2019
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Cluster technologies
  • Incident/Problem/Change Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
Technical knowledge of the following would be beneficial:
  • SCCM
  • SCOM
  • Enterprise level backup technologies
  • Cloud technologies including Azure and AWS
  • VMware VSphere
  • Exchange
  • Scripting
