IT Support EngineerDownpatrickPermanent - £NegotiableREED Technology are delighted to be working with a leading Business Solutions Provider in Belfast. Experts in their field with many years of expertise, they are expanding and are looking to bring in a commercially experienced or graduate candidate for theirIT Support Team.Role and Responsibilities- To provide IT Support on a daily basis to the user base.- To provide Support on IT Projects if requested.- Setup Configure Hardware- Install / remove Factory IT equipment- Assist Senior and fellow technicians as required- Install Hardware / Software as required- Any other reasonable duties required.Skillsets- Windows Basic Server Administration- Active Directory and File folder permissions.- Network switches and basic network topology knowledge- Helpdesk fault reporting- Office 365 User administration and management- Ability to deal with user faults and issues in a friendly and efficient manner.- Capable of doing heavy lifting of equipmentUseful but not essential skills- Experience of a Factory Environment- Avaya VOIP- IP-CCTV- Anti-Virus- Email security filters administration- Hyper V and VM Ware- Network Cabling and terminationsSpecial requirements:- To use own transport for business purposes- To be willing to travel to other locations.
