Our priorities are in strengthening partnerships with the HR COEs and HR Shared Services teams and to deliver HR change initiatives across the EMEA region.Responsibilities include:Partnering with the EMEA HR PMO Team in continuous improvement of regional processes across the entire employee life cycleLeading the due diligence process with the HR teams or HR Shared Services teams for the transition of HR processesResponsible for the governance of assigned Regional Risk and Control activities within EMEA HR Professional ServicesDriving the adoption, change management and adherence of HRs evolving risk and control activity within the EMEA HRPS Organisation. E.g. Minimum Documentation StandardsSupport the ongoing utilisation and management of the HR Case Management system, to include reporting on monthly key audit findings and ongoing KPI metricsSupport in partnering with the HR Centres of Expertise with the aim of driving service improvements through reviewing escalation metrics & identification of trends and root causesRegional point of contact and subject matter expert for annual performance management cycle and systems support where required for HR Professional ServicesAct as a regional source of knowledge in workforce planning tools, ServiceNow, WorkdaySupporting HR Professional Services engagement and partnership initiativesCost Centre Manager Workday Security ownership and advisors for the EMEA region in partnership with Global leadProactively partner with key HR Generalists, Relationship Managers, HR Advisors and other HR Centres of Excellence regionally and globally on HR delivery, transformation activity and HR Professional services governanceVoice of Employee regional leads: partnering with the global VoE team to ensure the successful permissions setup, translation and support of the annual survey, including escalation of issues to the vendor, reporting support for senior HR partnersSkills:Ability to operate within and utilise structured project management techniquesExperience of delivering change management activitiesDemonstrate multi-tasking ability and a consistent record of stakeholder delivery and supportExcellent communication skills both written and verbal with the capability to Influence key stakeholdersExperience of navigating complex organizational structuresAbility to use reporting tools and excel to analyse and interpret complex data setsStrong problem solving ability using structured methodologiesDemonstrated team player - ability to lead & coachEffective time management, detailed documentation, organizational skillsSelf-motivated and detail orientatedProficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPointCompetencies:Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnerships with stakeholdersHighly motivated, organized and methodicalTolerance for ambiguity and ability to deal with shifting and conflicting prioritiesStrong drive and InitiativeTenacity, inquisitivenessQualifications:Proven track record of delivery in a complex professional services organization - preferably in a HR disciplineStrong project management and stakeholder management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEducation:Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceExceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.What we Offer:As well as a competitive salary and consideration for a yearly discretionary bonus Citi offer;23 days paid annual leaveAward winning pension scheme,Life assurance andPrivate medical insurance with Bupa healthcareIn addition, we offer a competitive maternity, paternity and adoption leave scheme and employees also have the option (provided they have a student loan from the Student Loan Company) to divert saver and company match contributions to their student loan.
