Reporting to our Housekeeping Supervisors, you will feel comfortable working as part of our close-knitteam and independently.Your responsibilities:This role includes but is not limited to:• Post check-out full residence cleans• In-stay residence daily tidies• Pre-arrival staging of residences• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all communal areas – indoor and outdoor• Assisting with breakfast set up• Assisting with the rotation of our complimentary food and beverage services• Maintaining a vigilant eye and reporting all maintenance issues promptly• Reporting guest damages promptly• Reporting lost property promptly• Completing ad-hoc cleaning and inspection tasks as requested• Engaging with guests in a polite and professional manor• Maintaining good communication and working relationships with all departments to ensure excellent service delivery across the Regency.What can we offer you• £11 per hour• Familiarisation trips to understand best practice.• Learning and talent development opportunitiesWhat do we need from you• A natural passion for perfection• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.• Exceptional organisational skills• Experience in a similar housekeeping role would be beneficial but not essential.
