Job Description

There is an exciting opportunity to join as Deputy Manager, the team of a well established retailer specialised in menswear and ladieswear collections with a line of accessories and homeware, for their store based in Belfast. The company was created in 1985through a simple idea and grew into a solid business, stocking their products today in shops and concessions in the UK and internationally.The role of the deputy manager will be responsible for driving trade by leading the team on the shop floor. Maintaining a good understanding on all KPIs and what the shop can do to improve or sustain performance. You will make sure that customers leave the store with a great shopping experience and you will be working alongside the store manager to create a positive team atmosphere in the shop which is focused on delivering results.If you are looking to expand your career in retail, working in a dynamic and fun environment, this role might be the right fit for you.As ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in retail management with a big drive for sales. Youll be passionate about retail and fashion with determination to succeed.
