They are now looking for their next beauty pioneer to manage an area of approximately 15 accounts,field based covering Northern Ireland, Limerick, Cork, Galway among a few others.As the sales development manager, you will lead your team from the front, coaching and developing them to deliver outstanding customer experience and strive to achieve record-breaking sales results. You will monitor store KPIs and identify key areas forgrowth opportunity. Alongside this you will ensure excellence in the services offered, as well as bring innovative ideas to create show-stopping events in the store.You will be an experienced manager with a proven track record of leading your teams to success, ideally demonstrating experience across multi-site. You will be makeup obsessed with a true love to making people feel beautiful. You will be a brand ambassador,not afraid to step out and engage with customers and always keeping the energy alive.The role is offering a salary of up to £36,000,000 for the right candidate. As this is a field based role, a company car will be provided. There is a bonus worth approximately £7,000.
