DescriptionAs part of our Google Cloud Transformation, we have started to adopt a product operating model to bring the business and technology closer together, enabling us to work in a more agile and collaborative way. At a high level, we are forming cross-functionalproduct teams that bring together individuals with complementary skill sets to own all aspects of these products from vision, roadmaps, design, development, testing and operation, helping to drive greater alignment and shared ownership in the process. Whileonly a handful of these product teams exist today, that number will grow over time as we extend this structure to more and more areas of our business. So, we need to make sure the organization is prepared to meet that demand, both for today and for the future. An Agile Coach provides expertise and knowledge to train multiple teams to adopt Lean Agile best practices.
