Job Description

Scheme AdministratorA leading and established organisation, who specialises within supporting individuals and focuses on their needs, are currently seeking a Scheme Administrator to join their team based in Belfast.This is a Full-Time, Permanent PositionHours of work: MondayFriday: 9am5pm (37 hours per week)Starting Salary: £23,022 - £23,954Job Role:As Scheme Administrator, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support.Essential Criteria:

  • 1 years Administration experience
  • GCSE English & Maths (Grade A-C or equivalent)
  • NVQ 2 Administration or other relevant qualification at this level
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (with the use of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalwith the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
  • Must be able to adhere to an Access NI Check
  • Full and current Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support The Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in management of rotas, annual and sick leave
  • Undertake telephonist duties
  • Handle visitor and customer enquiries
  • Carry out administration duties as required including filing, mail, photocopying, and minute taking
  • Organisation of meetings, including invites, refreshments etc.
  • Maintain stationary supplies
  • Ensure data is accurately maintained for completion of financial reporting systems
  • Process invoices and orders
  • Complete returns/monthly stats as required
  • Assist the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager to maintain records and auditing
  • Record weekly staff attendance and submit summary sheets to Finance & Business Support
  • Complete word-processing, database, and spreadsheet assignments
  • Maintain confidentiality of information/Follow GDPR guidelines
  • Take part in in-house training
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties
