Supporting each service user in maintaining their personal cleanliness, general hygiene, and look as per individual care plans.
Assist in the creation of review reports, as well as to show up for reviews and other meetings as necessary.
Assist each person in self-behaviour management using the techniques and strategies that have been approved by Therapist, following the exercise and mobility care plans prescribed by Physiotherapist.
Assist in drafting risk assessments, care plans, and behaviour support plans as requested.
Make all possible efforts to protect each person from any abuse from guests or other service users, to create and maintain accurate reports and, when necessary, to maintain written or computer records for monitoring like IMS, safe guarding, notifying tomanager, Informing clinical team, police, management and family as well
