Supplying stages, grandstands, rigging services and many other event structures, this prestigious, exciting and expanding events organiser/supplier has an exciting job opportunity for the position of Sales Support Manager.ROLE OVERVIEW Providing comprehensive and flexible business and administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Director and the Sales Department. This key role works closely with the Sales & Marketing Director serving as a point person with for internaland external enquiries, sales quotes / presentations, project budgets and assists with the internal planning and management of new projects.THE PACKAGE • £30,000 - £35,000 • Free parking • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays • Pension - 5% Employer contribution • Plus working with a fantastic team!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Responding to queries and escalating to Sales & Marketing Director to provide timely and accurate service to clients• Providing accurate communication across departments regarding project-specific requirements, whether stock or crew• Providing support with drafting internal and client facing budgets, proposals and presentations• Working alongside Sales & Marketing Director and Sales Team to ensure internal budgets and project budgets are up to date and accurate• Providing support with email correspondence and admin• Assisting with cross referencing client delivery expectations with in-house capabilities• Scheduling and attending meetings• Updating and reviewing activity schedules as projects develop - communicating changes to internal team members• Ensuring project / contact and client records are up to date in New Business folders on SharePoint• Maintaining and updating databases• Providing support with direct mail campaigns to capture new business and established new industry relationships
