We are currently recruiting for a well-established business who are looking for a Field Service Controller!This is fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a fantastic company based just on the outskirts of Harrogate. There is no limit to the career prospects here for the right candidateYou will have to be organised, confident on the phones, have the passion to problem solve and always think efficiently to produce the best results.Responsibilities • Answering calls from Customers. • Diary Management • Arranging Engineers • Performing all work in a timely and efficient manner.Knowledge in the hire industry is desirable and you must have experience in a customer service role, good working knowledge of MS Office.Tests will be required at interview stage.Monday - Friday, Permanent, 40hrs a week.Salary is up to £28,000 depending on experience.
