Job Title: Manual Turret Mill OperatorLocation: BecclesSalary: 25-26k Plus O/TPurpose of the roleTo manufacture components from drawing working to specifics tolerances and within agreed time-frames, ensuring all parts are available for the assembly process as required.Key responsibility / activities :Selected appropriate machine and tooling to manufacture components as specified on drawingsSelect appropriate materials for each job as description in the drawingRun machine to produce required componentsCheck and verify accuracy of components once manufacturedDaily and accurate completion of records including time-sheets and inspection status documentationsReport any manufacturing errors to team leader so corrective action can be agreedAdhere to all quality, H&S standardsWork with other departments to set priorities regarding components manufacturing or sub assembly build to ensure all items are produced within required time-framesBuild sub-assembles to the required specificationCheck and verify accuracy of assemblies on completionCompetencies/Skills:Good attention to detailGood oral CommunicationTeam PlayerFlexible attitudeWillingness to lean/developAbility to read drawings/part lists
