Job Description

Senior Development Project Manager – Housing Association – About The Client:Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Merseyside based housing association who are looking to appoint a Senior Development Project Manager on a permanent basis.Senior Development Project Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:

  • The overall purpose of the role will be to ensure full compliance with both internal and Homes England procedures in the delivery of the housing programmes, whilst minimising risks and demonstrating value for money throughout the programme.
  • Work with the Head of Development to provide regular Investment Management System scheme updates as well as ongoing communication with Homes England over any issues relating to the development programme.
  • Monitor, progress and provide regular budget monitoring reports highlighting any forecast financial changes to the development programme, ensuring cost control at all times.
  • Attend site meetings, handovers and other project and scheme design team meetings to support the Project Managers, as required.
  • To have and maintain a thorough knowledge of Homes England’s scheme procedure and audit requirements.
    • Senior Development Project Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of working in a Housing Association development team – Essential
  • Proven experience and understanding of the work and processes of Homes England – Essential
  • Experience in pre-contract work and experience of progressing new business opportunities - Desirable
