Job Description

Planning Supervisor – Housing Association – About The Client:Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Merseyside based housing association who are looking to appoint a Planning Supervisor on a temporary 3-4 month contract.Planning Supervisor – Housing Association – About The Role:

  • To ensure a consistent appointment experience for customers during the customer’s life cycle with the organisation.
  • To provide an efficient use of technical resources across Response Repair, Electrical Installation Condition Reports EICR, Planned and Voids regarding the appointment and completion of technical activities.
  • To work with Client Services Manager to deliver Continuous Improvement for Planning function and stakeholders.
  • To deliver “The Quality Framework” for the Planning Function.
  • Perform and deliver the planning activities for their own patch.
  • Responsible for the planning function activities whilst the Client Services Manager is responsible for the staff within the Planning function.
    • Planning Supervisor – Housing Association – What You Need:
  • Planning experience of social housing repairs and maintenance works – Essential
  • Experience using DRS/Opti-time or Total Planning – Desirable
  • Experience supervising staff – Essential
