Job Description

We are looking to add a HR Assistant to a global business based in Kent who are continuing their exciting growth within the automotive industry. The HR Assistant will assist with all HR matters in the business following a recent acquisition which has increasedhead count by over 100 employees worldwide. Due to the increase in headcount they are looking to add additional support to the HR team to assist with administrative duties including managing the employee portal; corresponding with employees regarding theirpersonal journey with the business and assist with on-boarding of new employees to the business.The role would be suited to a candidate who has experience in a fast paced HR environment and ideally having CIPD Level 3 qualification. The role will be heavily administrative so a need to be organised with good time management and the ability to take carewith personal information of employees. The role will focus on both current employees and the recruitment of new employees of which you will assist with writing job adverts; helping with screening and selections and then assisting with the on-boarding of employeesonce they have accepted.The right person will be a key component within all employees life cycle with the business. Additionally the role will work closely with the HR Manager to assist their workload and when they are out of the business step in to give initial guidance to employeesof all levels. The role will suit an excellent communicator and previous experience dealing with internal stakeholders from C Suite level to Junior Executives would be an advantage.On offer is an attractive salary of£22,000 -£26,000 per annum depending on experience. The company can offer an excellent working environment in a modern office along with flexibility to work from home expected to be around 1-2 days in the office and therest working from home. Additionally there is an attractive pension plan; 25 days holiday and the opportunity to progress your career. The working hours will be Monday - Friday;9am- 5.30pm.
