My client is looking for an effective communicator and experienced customer advisor, to join their team on a temporary basis.Its a lovely role whereby you will be contacting existing members to gather information and insight regarding their energy usage/bills/metre readings and any concerns. It will be a welcome call and the information will be used by my client to understandhow they can create an effective plan of action, to support and guide members through the imminent energy situation.The following skills are required:- Excellent communication skills- Experience working within a customer service environment or dealing with/talking to customers in any setting; face to face or over the phone- A positive and inquisitive approach with an empathetic ear- Administration skills- Good IT skills- Good attention to detailThey would like someone to join the team as soon as possible and are offering a salary of up to £24,000.If you are interested in the role and feel you hold the relevant skills and experience, please apply online in the first instance.
