Mail Services Assistant – PART-TIMEHave you worked within a post room environmentIf so, I have a temporary Mail Services Assistant role to start on Monday 2nd October for 5 weeks.Part-time, 10am – 3.30pm, Monday to FridayKey responsibilities will include:• Providing first class customer service to all employees• Booking in of parcels and all mail on the database• Alerting staff to the arrival of their packages via email• Maintain processes and procedures for all areas of the roleThe ideal candidate should:• Have excellent customer service skills• Have previously worked in a physically demanding position and able to demonstrate a reasonable level of fitness• Possess a meticulous eye for detail• Have the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively• Be customer focused, with a friendly and helpful attitudeIf you interested in this temporary vacancy please click APPLY and send me your cv ASAP
