Your talent and skills will play a key role inthe growth plans for the company, and will help shape our future by bringing the South West the best ultra-fast full fibre broadband and customer service around.The experience we need. * A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar experimentation / CRO / analytics / UX role* Strong experience with AB Testing platforms e.g. Maxymiser, Optimizely or similar* Expert knowledge & hands-on experience of analytics tools e.g. ContentSquare & GoogleAnalytics* Understanding of product development & agile principles.* Strong written & verbal communication* Proficient in Microsoft Suite / GoogleDocs & project management tools e.g. AirTable & JIRA* Excellent planning & organisational skills* Desirable: Knowledge of HTML / CSS & JavaScript* Desirable: Experience with VoC tools such as Qualtrics / Hotjar / UserTestingThe role.As the UX Designer (Optimisation Manager), you will drive and own the businesses experimentation programme including technology, processes and roadmap.You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimise & improve our digital customer journey, managing an experimentation roadmap consisting of insight-led hypotheses for improvement and measuring the performance of our A/B and multivariate experiments.You will be managing the optimisation toolkit and processes to analyse and improve the user experience of our customers.
