As one of our Credit Control Administrators you will maintain rent accounts, chase payments and arrears across all client portfolios within thebusiness area. You will provide a first class customer service experience, whilst also ensuring that SLAs are met, whilst complying with client, company and statutory regulations.This role has been evaluated to suit a hybrid working pattern whereby there will be the opportunity to work from home for 3 days a week following successful completion of probationFor more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youExperience in property management is not essential however this would be beneficial if you were to be successful.The successful applicant will have experiencedeveloping positive working relationships and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working within an office based customer service role would be beneficial, but more importantly we want you to be able to think on your feet and be solution focused.You should be motivated to seek new knowledge and share in our ethos of continuous improvement in return we will provide full training to give you the skills you need to be an expert too.The BenefitsWe are a large diverse and ambitious business, which will give you job security and all the challenge you could wish for.
