Job Description

Service Manager - Criminal JusticeLOCATION: Bath, Bristol, and South Gloucestershire, involving travel across all of these areas.HOURS: 37.5SALARY: £ 31,400DURATION: PermanentSTART DATE: ASAPDo you have a good background in managing supported shared accommodation Would you be able to lead a team of support staff to provide high quality person centred support to maximise independence and remain engaged with probationary servicesKey Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage referrals into the service
  • Ensure financial procedures are maintained and where relevant manage voids
  • Provide operational management, ensuring performance KPI objectives, quality standards, and contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop a positive and motivated staff team to ensure effective delivery of service user led practices to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Provide supportive line management through training, supervisions, and appraisals as well as lead the recruitment, inductions, and support of staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings making sure staff are consulted to ensure a person-centred delivery of service.
  • Develop a positive culture within the service and actively encourage service users to work collaboratively
