Based in Bath in an open plan and vibrant office, they are a team of 30 people withhybrid working in place allowing for 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week at home. If you would like to work for a creative, professional yet nimble and dynamicagency, then this is for you.The client services team consists of Client Services Director and a further 9 people including Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, Senior Account Executives and an Account Executive. The role will be supported by two Senior Account Executive who youwill be managing and you would report to the Client Services Director. The role will run a consumer client portfolio where you will enjoy a strong working relationship with clients to drive work on the range of projects and specifically strategy, brand andsocial. A strong digital and social background is a must, across advertising campaigns and you will have worked on integrated campaigns and be comfortable running branding projects and have some experience running web projects. The Client Services team isat the forefront of the agency, so being able to quickly build a great rapport with clients, and strong working relationships with the team, is important.As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for scoping, planning and delivering client projects on time and within budget and also managing and leading the Senior Account executives in the team to do the same. You will instinctively know when therewill be scope creep and will know how to manage clients accordingly, or when to escalate to the Client Services Director.You will be a consultative interface between your clients and the internal agency departments. As a marketing professional, you will be able to give advice and opinions on recommendations or suggestions, from either the Agency or the client. You will bethe brand guardian for your clients, ensuring information is transferred and translated, clearly and effectively into the agency. You will also be able to challenge or guide clients in a strategic manner.As a member of the Client Services team, you will be required to:Be a welcoming face/voice of the agency when dealing with clients or suppliers on the phone, and when they visit the agencyEstablish and build honest relationships with our clients, based on trust and transparencyUnderstand project delivery process and follow the internal approval procedureHave excellent project management skills, be efficient, proactive and commercially awareBuild strong relationships with your colleagues and positively contribute to agency lifeProject wise you will be required to:Produce accurate timing plans, containing the right level of resource required, and ensure its booked in with our Studio ManagerWrite compelling and inspirational briefs for the creative team, and have these approved by senior colleagues beforehand if requiredEnsure creative outputs are reviewed against briefs, seen by senior colleagues and approved before sharing with clientsUpdate status reports and lead client status calls, and follow-up with clear notes and actionsWrite contact reports following strategic client meetings, so key conversations are documentedRaise accurate time estimates and quotes, and have these approved by senior colleagues where appropriate before sending to clientsMonitor the financial status of projects, ensuring profitability and flagging scope creepCompile background information on competitors or market insights as requested by the planning teamThe successful candidate will have: 4 years consistent experience in an integrated/brand communications agencyDegree or equivalent (within a marketing discipline an advantage)Ideally experience working with consumer clientsRemuneration/ work type Up to 40k DOE plus benefitsHybrid (3 days in office).
