We run several projects and every year we help thousands of people out of homelessness, into employment, away fromdomestic abuse, and more.If youd like a real sense of job satisfaction, great career prospects and a competitive benefits package, you could be who were looking for!Job Role:Administrator (inHealth Safety and Facilities department)Salary:£21,500per annumHours:37.5 hours per weekContract type:PermanentLocation:BathThe RoleThe successful aadministratorprovide administrative support to both the Health Safety and Facilities functions of the department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in the Health Safety and Facilities sector, aswell as working for an organizationthat helps the vulnerable.Responsibilities include:

  • Undertake administrative activity in support of core Health Safety and Facilities processes e.g. induction, training, investigation processes
  • Manage the Health Safety and Facilities functions of the onboarding process for all new joiners, ensuring all new starters have completed DSE assessments, etc
  • Act as central point of contact for the department
  • Process compliance paperwork, highlight remedial recommendations to facilities coordinator before adding to compliance folder and then to Inform or Tio.
  • Managing statutory compliance administration (LGSC, EICR, Servicing & maintenance paperwork, asbestos surveys. Uploading all of these, chasing landlords contractors when they are due to go out of date etc.)
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good use of Word, Excel, Outlook and other databases
  • The ability to work on a project alone with limited supervision
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety is desirable but not an essential for this role.
