Job Description A leading, growing company based in Bath are looking for an ambitious Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis! YOUR NEW COMPANY: You will be working for a company that are market leaders in what they do and have exciting growth plans. They encourage progression and will offer study support. They offer excellent benefits and hybrid working (2 days a week in the office) YOUR NEW ROLE: You will be reporting into the Finance Manager and the role will be a mix of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, responsibilities will include:
  • Inputting/checking and coding purchase invoices
  • Preparing for payment runs
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Journal postings
  • Month end duties
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED: You need to have experience in a similar role, be confident using Excel (pivots, v look ups) and want to progress and learn.
