Job Description

Do you want to kickstart your career in eventsAre you looking for an opportunity that offers international travelJuice Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with a B2B events company based in central Bath, as they look for an ambitious and driven Events Administrator.You will be working on a range of international high-end events, conferences, award ceremonies, and dinners, across Europe, America, Asia, and Africa.This is a varied and fast-paced administration role; therefore, you must be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be proactive with your approach.Duties include but not limited to -

  • Venue and supplier sourcing
  • Ensuring the event website is up to date
  • Adding registrations for attendees and exhibitors into the CRM system
  • Sending and collecting speaker and sponsor forms
  • Organising and shipping trophies for award ceremonies
  • Proofing event handouts, presentations, and signage
  • Invoicing and chasing outstanding payments
  • Preparing visa letters and communications for internal delegations
  • Managing hotel blocks
  • Supporting and setting up events onsite, within the UK, and internationally
About you -
  • Ideally have relevant and transferable events experience
  • Be organised with excellent time-management
  • This could suit a strong administrator, looking to develop their career within events
  • Be confident using technology, with strong MS Office skills especially in Word and Excel
  • Must be able to travel abroad and be available onsite for up to 5 weeks per year
In return -There is hybrid working available, around 1-2 days a week.
