Job Description

Juice is thrilled to be supporting an award-winning company based in Bath, as they look to recruit a talented Email Marketing Manager to join their team.This organisation is on a mission to bring their unique service to as many people as they can, so this is a very exciting time to join the business!This is a great opportunity to head up this key area of the business, as they look to drive their expansion plans for the rest of 2022 and beyond.The roleYoull be responsible for contributing to and executing our CRM roadmap including but not restricted to the following activities.

  • Preparing, optimising, and deploying weekly and automated email campaigns
  • Co-ordinating the development of tools and data connections that are supported by internal tech teams
  • Ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of performance updates
  • Collaborating with other marketing teams to deliver performance vs target
  • Frequently developing test plans to refine campaigns
  • Working with internal and external partners to achieve revenue and great delivery of campaigns
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure that email marketing is consistent with the overall marketing strategy
  • Optimizing comms by reporting on competitor developments and market trends
  • Keeping up with emerging technologies and the evolving digital landscape
  • Supporting customer developments and initiatives
About you:
  • Extensive experience briefing, building & deploying campaigns through associated ESP environments
  • Experience in email strategies in combination with associated digital channels
  • Experience in managing external agencies and Vendors to maximise results
  • Experience in data segmentation & audience building within ESP and DB environments
  • A love for data, analytics and surfacing insights - methodical with great attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience using Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Retail, Ecommerce or agency email experience is preferable
  • A passion for Ecommerce
  • Solid CRM and customer comms knowledge
  • Innovative thinker and target driven
